HISTORY :
Dok-Ngeow is commonly used in Numyow curry, Nampik (dipping sauce), and with Gangsom soup.It can also be combined with cornflour and deep fried. A fragrant flower which blossoms from late January to February, Dok-Ngeow is also used as a herbal remedy to help improve circulation.
