Yentafo is a delicious soup with rice noodles, fish balls and tofu and is highly famous in Thailand. This soup has a distinctivev pink colour and sweet and sour flavour. The two star ingredients of this dish responsible for the vibrant colour are a sour and spicy sauce made from red fermented bean curd, and a chili paste, Noodles.
