Rice Bey is a cross-bred unhulled rice possessing dark violet grain, which is a combination of Hom nin rice, with will-known antioxidant properties, and Thai Hom Mali Rice. It contains three times. More iron than other varieties. And not only dose it contain a high level of anti-oxidants such as beta-carotene, gamma oryzanol, vitamin E and folic acid in it self, it also becomes soft and is aromatic when it cooked, which is the outstanding trait of Thai Hom Mili Rice.
